Minimum Stays


2 night minimum required on most weekends.
3 night minimum required for the 4th of July, Labor Day, Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival weekends.

Check-in after 3:00 p.m. ~ Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
Please make arrangements for arrival after 9:00 p.m.

Deposits and Cancellations


An advance deposit equal to one night's rental is required to guarantee your accommodation.
We do accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Balance is due upon arrival.

There is a $20.00 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds for early departures.
Your deposit will be refunded if notice is received no less than 21 days prior to your arrival.
For stays of 5 or more nights, 30 days notice is required for all changes or cancellations.
With less than 21/30 days notice, no refund can be made unless room is re-rented as reserved.
If cancelling within 7 days of arrival date, you will be responsible to pay for your entire stay, unless the room is rented as reserved. We ask for your understanding that a reservation is a contract. We honor that contract by guaranteeing that we will have a room available for you. In return you guarantee that you will honor your reservation with us. As a small seasonal destination, last minute changes or cancellations leave us with rooms that we are not able to rent.
